結婚生活が長くなってくると、一緒にいる時間が当たり前になり、
良いことにも悪いことにも慣れてきてしまっていませんか？
ずっと仲良しな夫婦でいるために、
普段心掛けたいことをまとめてみました。
毎日の挨拶を大切にする
「おはよう、おやすみ、ただいま、おかえり、行ってらっしゃい」
「いただきます、ごちそうさま」
こうした挨拶、毎回声に出してパートナーに言っていますか？
挨拶なんて当たり前～と思いますが、長い結婚生活の中で大切なことだと思います。
毎日の挨拶は、夫婦の会話のきっかけになります。
毎日、感謝の言葉を伝える
ここで大事なのは、特別な時ではなく「毎日伝える」ということです。
ゴミ捨てしてくれたら、ありがとう。
ご飯できたよーが聞こえたら、ありがとう。
お風呂掃除してくれたら、食器洗いしてくれたら、ありがとう。
毎日のちょっとした作業にも「ありがとう」を伝えるんです。
そうすると、家事も気持ち良くできるし、パートナーへの関心も示すことができます。
これは譲れない、という部分は我慢せず話し合う
それぞれ違う環境・家庭で育ってきた2人です。
ちょっとした習慣の違いが気になったりすることもあると思います。
全てをどちらかに合わせる、どちらかが我慢する、というのは
お互いにとって良いこととは言えないと思います。
私自身が夫に話して譲ってもらった、一例としては、
「お風呂上りの濡れたタオルを色んなところに放置しないで～」です。
新婚時代のある夜、ベッドの上にあってギョっとしたことがありました(笑)
夫の脱いだ服を色々なところに置いてしまう習慣については
「まぁ、いっか～私が集めれば～」と思って特に気にしなくなりました。
なんでここに！って笑ってしまうこともあります(笑)
毎日、その日の出来事の話をする
「今日こんなことがあって、こう感じた～」というような話です。
そして、話す＆聞くことが大事です。
自分のことばかりじゃなくてパートナーの話も聞きましょう。
パートナーの周りで今どんな出来事があって、
どんなことを考えているのかわかるので、
こうした時間を作るのは大事だと思います。
私たちは、食事のときに話しています。
なので結婚してからは、食事中にテレビが付いていることはほとんどないですね～
喧嘩になったら、相手の気持ちを考えてみる
たまには、ささいなことがきっかけで、喧嘩になってしまうこともあると思います。
その時は、自分が何を言ったのか、なんでそんなことを言ってしまったのか、を考えるのと同時に、
パートナーに対しても同じように考えます。
パートナーは何を言っていたのか、なんでそんなことを言ってしまったのか。
これを考えることで、まずは冷静になれます。
そして、お互いのことを考えることで、歩み寄ることができます。
喧嘩によって、お互いの理解が進み、関係性が深くなるとも言えます。
自分の言っていること（主張）が絶対に正しい！という態度はNG！
近い存在だからこそ「なんでわかってくれないの！？」って思いがちですが、
それはお互い様なんです。
だったら「相手のことをわかろうとする」に切り替えてみましょう。
さぁ、今日から実践してみよう！
どれも特別なことではない５つです。
これを、‶夫婦2人で″ずーーーーっと続けていくことが
仲良し夫婦でいるための秘訣だと思います。
最近忙しくて、話してないな～、
何が原因かよくわからないけど、うまくいっていないかも、
